Large Catholic High School in Ft. Lauderdale, FL is seeking qualified candidates for the 2026-2027 school year with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or similar Hospitality related field. A Master's degree is preferred. A High School Culinary Arts Teacher instructs students in fundamental cooking techniques, food safety standards, and nutritional principles within a professional kitchen classroom. They develop engaging lesson plans that balance hands-on lab work with theoretical knowledge, preparing students for industry certifications or future careers in hospitality. Beyond cooking, the instructor fosters essential life skills like teamwork, time management, and workplace professionalism in a supportive learning environment The High School Culinary Teacher performs all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision and values of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami. Salary scale is determined by Level of Education, Years of Teaching Experience and Professional Certification.
