We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality wound care and treatment services while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.
What You'll Do

Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments

Monitor and document the healing progress of ulcers, incisions, and other skin concerns

Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding resident care plans

Evaluate residents' nutrition and hydration needs related to wound healing, recommending adjustments as needed

Review lab results to identify and respond to signs of infection

Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols

Step in to assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure uninterrupted resident care
What You Bring

Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state

Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred

Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
