Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy education, math concepts, physical education activities all within a Play-Based Learning structure
- Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
- Provide individualized support to children through early intervention strategies.
- Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
- Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, classroom activities, and any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques, and the Play-Based Learning model
- Familiarity with curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for preschool-aged children.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff members.
- Experience in tutoring or providing additional support in literacy, math, or physical education is advantageous.
