Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning as needed of designated areas touch points, laundry room floors and vacuuming of common areas hallway and stairs.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products safely and efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure no area is overlooked
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals
