St. Sebastian's School is seeking an Associate Head Cross Country Coach for the Fall 2026 season. This candidate should have experience as either a cross-country coach and/or as a former cross-country athlete. This is a part-time seasonal position.

The Associate Head Cross Country Coach will have the following responsibilities:
- Have a healthy working relationship with the Head Coach, based on open communication and respect.
- Coach with a professional conduct that meets school standards.
- Assist the Head Coach with practice planning and team workouts.
- Serve as a positive role-model to our student-athletes.
- Comply with school and league guidelines.
- Availability after school as well as Saturdays.
