Pay Range
$28.1 - $41.8 /hour
Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Tradesman will be proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.
- Knowledge of building management systems including: building automation system, fire alarm system and pneumatic tube system.
- The Tradesman will have the ability to read and follow PM instructions, have the basic knowledge of central plant equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers and VAVs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in basic plumbing and electrical.
- Knowledge of building management systems including, building automation system, fire alarm system, and pneumatic tube system.
- Ability to read and follow PM instructions.
- Basic knowledge of central plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and VAVs.
