Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Helping Hands Supervisor the Intake/Case Coordinator is responsible for assessing client eligibility annual reassessments providing community resources and follow-up and community program education. Responsible for daily operations of the Pantry program. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in intake coordination.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Requires written verbal and organizational skills.
- Typing ability of 50 wpm heavy filing computer literate able to utilize Microsoft Office 2003 programs.
- Must have own vehicle to travel in for work.
- Drivers license.
Preferred :
- Associate Degree or higher in Social Service fields.
- BLS and First Aide certification.
Pay Range
$17.12 - $23.54 /hour
Salary : $17 - $24
