St Remi Behavioral Health is hiring immediately for a full time Office Supervisor. This position is 10a-6p Mon-Fri, all weekends and major holidays off.
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Coordination of day-to-day office operations and procedures
- Prepare payroll
- Supervision of patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, data entry
- Recruit, hire and train staff
- Ensure patient/staff satisfaction, including trouble shooting complaints
- Prior authorizations
- Inventory Management
- Charge entry and reconciliation
- Insurance Credentialing
- Maintain filing and organizational systems of the practice
- Coordinate staff meetings
- Ensure appropriate daily staffing
- Coordinate community visits
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
