Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Kindergarten Teacher position located in Dallas, TX. The Kindergarten Teacher will develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans to foster academic, social, and emotional growth for young learners. Responsibilities include delivering engaging instructional activities, monitoring student progress, effectively communicating with parents and guardians, and creating an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. Additional duties include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum development and participating in professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching methods tailored to early childhood education
- Strong background in Education and Training, with a focus on young learners
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Relevant teaching certification or license in early childhood or elementary education
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Experience working with diverse student populations is preferable
