Summary: Medical Assistants (MAs) play a vital role in both direct and indirect patient care. They support scheduled and walk-in visits by rooming patients, collecting clinical data, updating medical records, and performing tasks like immunizations, EKGs, and sample collection. They also assist with in-office procedures. Behind the scenes, MAs manage patient communication, process medication refills, relay test results, and handle other administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Schedule: Our clinics are open Monday-Friday, with hours between 7am and 5:30pm. We are closed on weekends, nights, and holidays. Staff schedules are built around our provider’s schedules to support our patients.
