Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and adaptable Substitute Teachers to join our educational team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive learning environment when regular teachers are unavailable. You will be responsible for delivering lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring that students continue to engage with their studies effectively. Ideal candidates will have a passion for education and the ability to foster a supportive atmosphere for students.

Responsibilities

• Implement lesson plans provided by the principal to ensure continuity of instruction.
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Facilitate tutoring sessions for students requiring additional help.
• Engage students in discussions related to scientific subjects.
• Collaborate with school staff to address student needs and enhance educational outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field is preferred; teaching certification is a plus.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom environments and teaching styles.

Pay: $115.00 - $150.00 per day
