Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties
- Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy education, math activities, and early childhood development strategies
- Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping maintain a safe, organized learning environment
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, creativity, and cognitive development
- Help with classroom routines such as snack time, nap time, and outdoor play to ensure smooth transitions throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials, toys, and learning resources to uphold health and safety standards
Skills
- Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
- Experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or school settings; familiarity with classroom management techniques
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and children
- Experience in behavior management techniques that promote positive social interactions and emotional regulation
