- Establishes, implements, and adapts an individualized treatment plan of care (including appropriate goal setting, treatment activities and frequency)
- Documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy program with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree
- Current NYS OT license and registration
- Inpatient Rehab Occupational Therapy experience required. New grads who who did clinical rotation at inpatient rehab are welcome to apply.
- Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals.
- Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.
