Duties
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the school, ensuring compliance with policies and educational standards
- Coordinate academic scheduling, faculty assignments, and student enrollment processes using systems like Ellucian or similar platforms
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract qualified educators and staff, supporting hiring, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
- Engage with students through academic advising, mentorship, and support services to promote their success and well-being
- Facilitate effective communication across staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders through public speaking engagements and meetings
- Manage school records, reports, and data entry accurately within administrative software systems
- Support university or higher education partnerships by maintaining collaborative relationships and aligning programs with institutional goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in education administration or school management with a strong understanding of academic operations
- Excellent public speaking skills to confidently present information to diverse audiences including staff, students, and community members
- Familiarity with Ellucian or comparable student information systems for managing enrollment and academic records
- Background in recruiting educators or administrative staff within an educational setting
- Experience working directly with students in roles such as teaching or academic advising is highly desirable
- Knowledge of university-level procedures and experience in higher education environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
