Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Assisting the Chief Educational Officer with day-to-day tasks, managing the school and admin calendar
Communication: Serve as a liaison between teachers, students, parents, and administrators; answer inquiries, take messages, and coordinate communication
Event & Calendar Management: Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and activities; maintain and update school calendars
Coordination: Support the school administrator in scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning
Compliance & Policies: Help implement and monitor school policies and safety protocols
Professional Development Support: Assist in organizing staff training sessions and professional development activities
Skills & Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
Knowledge of educational policies and regulations is a plus
Work Environment
The role is typically office-based, with occasional off-site duties such as event setup or facility coordination. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring adaptability and the ability to handle multiple priorities. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
