Full Job Description
We are looking for a Patient Coordinator / Receptionist to manage our front desk on 3-4 days per week. We are in need of a pleasant personality that can also manage an excellent customer service role. Multitasking is essential for this position to be able to execute all administrative tasks. We are offering a Part-time position (30-35 hours per week):
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage online, phone and in person appointments
- Welcome and check in customers
- Assist customers with planning future treatments
- Create invoices , process bills and help customers if they have any questions
- Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive with Social Media
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with customers, vendors and employees
- Proficient with computer systems and internet browsing, experience with Patient Now is a plus
- Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with customers
- High School Diploma or GED
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18 per hour

- Ability to work Saturdays and possibly Sundays

- St Petersburg, FL 33701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
