What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at St. Pauls' Catholic Church?
Manage the office of an active and vibrant Catholic Parish in Hague, Virginia.
Must have extensive accounting knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities include paying bills and entering data on Quickbooks accounting software;
managing outside vendors and parish volunteers; updating and printing bulletins; answering calls; greeting visitors to parish office; tracking calendar events and appointments for parish and parish Priest; Work as a Liason with the Diocesan Offices to ensure compliance with Diocesan Mandates; Helping to coordinate outreach to those in need.
Must be very detail oriented and excellent at keeping track of dates and times, and managing multiple tracking and log books and be very proficient at writing and spelling.
Qualifications: Good attitude (very friendly/people person; loyal worker); Must be very proficient in Quickbooks; XL Spreadsheets; Microsoft Word etc... Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
