Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans tailored to preschool children, incorporating early intervention strategies where appropriate.
• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
• Use effective classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and promote positive behavior management among young learners.
• Conduct assessments of child development progress through observations and standardized testing to inform instruction and support individualized learning plans.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate child welfare updates, developmental milestones, and educational progress regularly.
• Integrate literacy education, math concepts, physical education activities, and childcare best practices into daily lessons.
• Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold child safety standards at all times.
