Full Time Front Desk Customer Service
- Must be able to begin work at 6am
- Welcome and greet guests in person and by phone
- Assign room, collect payment, assist with luggage if requested
- Utilize computer, phones, copier
- Assist guests with things to do in the area
- Ensure the guest experience is positive and memorable
- Deliver continental breakfast in the morning
- Present final billing at checkout
- Offer to rebook a future stay
- Give a fond farewell, leaving a lasting impression
- Need to be available some weekends and holidays

St. Paul Hotel, Wooster
The St. Paul is a contemporary, boutique hotel. The furnishings are clean, sleek, and modern. The black walnut furniture is an elegant addition to every room. Each bathroom is outfitted with Italian tile, heated floors and the showers feature three water sources: a rainforest shower head, a wall mount and a hand held wand.
