Rehab Unit Nurse - RN - Registered Nurse or LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Located on lush, manicured lawns and gardens in Framingham, MA, we are just minutes from Route 9 for easy access to the Mass Pike.
We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN for our Rehab Unit.
- $33.68 to $55.87 per hour based on license, experience and shift differential.
- Plus ADDITIONAL $3 Shift Diff for Rehab Unit.
- Shifts available: 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am.
Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Rehab Unit Qualifications:
- MA RN - Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN License.
- Minimum of 1 Year of Long-Term Care experience required.
- BLS certification.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- PCC experience a bonus!
Registered Nurse - RN or Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Rehab Unit Job Summary:
- Respond to all staff, family members and residents in a courteous, patient and caring manner.
- Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement facility policies and procedures.
- Interpret existing policies and procedures to nursing staff, residents, families and physicians.
- Supervise and evaluate all direct resident care and initiate corrective action as necessary.
- Manage shift change reports and record sufficient information to implement appropriate follow-up action.
- Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to nursing supervisor and initiating corrective action immediately.
