The Position:
Catholic Charities Central Ministry office is hiring two Donor Engagement Coordinators to join our team. The Donor Engagement Coordinator is a vital member of the team. This role focuses on building relationships with individual donors and executing grant writing. Responsibilities include supporting various development initiatives and managing events effectively. A strong understanding of nonprofit development is essential for success in this position. The coordinator will engage with current and prospective donors through personalized outreach strategies. Additionally, planning and executing fundraising campaigns will be a core responsibility to meet organizational goals. A passion for nonprofit work and a dedication to building strong relationships with donors is key to thriving in this role.The core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30pm.
