St. Nick Pool Management Co., Inc. is looking for 1–2 certified lifeguards to join our team for the remainder of the summer at a private community pool in Freehold, NJ.
Positions are available beginning in August and continue through Labor Day (September 7). If you're looking to earn extra income during the final weeks of the summer with a flexible schedule and a supportive management team, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay
$18–$20 per hour, based on experience, availability, and certification.

Responsibilities
- Supervise swimmers and maintain a safe pool environment
- Enforce community pool rules professionally and respectfully
- Respond to emergencies and provide appropriate care when needed
- Perform routine water testing and complete daily logs
- Keep the pool deck clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide friendly, professional service to residents and guests
Requirements
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
- CPR certification alone is not sufficient
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Professional, positive attitude
- Available to work through Labor Day (September 7)
