Security Officer – Romeoville, IL
Location: Romeoville, Illinois
Compensation: $19.25
Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
Position Summary
We are seeking qualified, professional, and dependable Security Officers to support operations at a client site in Romeoville, IL. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a professional presence while effectively utilizing technology as part of daily security operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Illinois PERC Card
- Completion of a 20-hour security training certificate
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Advanced computer and technology skills are required, including the ability to confidently use multiple software platforms and digital systems as part of daily security operations
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is required
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
Preferred Experience
- Prior security or protective services experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Concierge, front-desk, administrative, or e-commerce experience is a plus
