UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER

Location: Patagonia, AZ

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Part-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shifts

ARIZONA UNARMED GUARD CARD REQUIRED

We are seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officer to provide security services at a site in Patagonia, AZ.

This is a highly safety-focused site where maintaining the highest standards of safety, security, and compliance is essential. Officers must be attentive, dependable, and committed to consistently following established safety protocols, security procedures, and site requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Operate and monitor the gatehouse/access control point
• Monitor and control access to the site
• Verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with site procedures
• Monitor site activity and identify potential safety or security concerns
• Conduct security patrols as assigned
• Follow all established safety, security, and emergency protocols
• Observe and report unusual activity, incidents, and security concerns
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely
• Maintain professional communication with employees, visitors, and site personnel
• Consistently follow company and client policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Arizona Unarmed Guard Card required
• Previous security experience preferred
• Access control experience preferred
• Gatehouse or security checkpoint experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow detailed safety and security procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a highly safety-focused environment

SCHEDULE

Part-Time | 2nd & 3rd Shifts

$20.00 per hour

Candidates should be comfortable working in a security environment where safety, attention to detail, access control, and strict adherence to established protocols are top priorities.
