Security Site Supervisor – Residential
Location: Ruther Glen, VA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 per hour
We are seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Site Supervisor to oversee daily security operations for a residential community in Ruther Glen, VA. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in the security industry, strong communication skills, and experience using workforce management/reporting systems such as TrackTik or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support security officers assigned to the residential community
- Ensure all post orders, patrols, and reporting procedures are followed
- Conduct property patrols and respond to incidents as needed
- Maintain accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation
- Monitor staffing, attendance, and shift coverage
- Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related issues
- Use workforce management/reporting systems for scheduling, reporting, and tracking officer activity
- Maintain professional interaction with residents, guests, and property management
Requirements
- Active Virginia DCJS Security Officer License (Guard Card) required
- Previous security supervisor experience required
- Prior security experience in residential communities preferred
- Experience with TrackTik preferred, or similar systems such as Trackforce, THERMS, or related security workforce management software
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Must be able to pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing teams in residential or HOA environments
- Familiarity with mobile patrol operations and digital reporting systems
- Conflict resolution and customer service experience
