Security Site Manager
Location: Florence, KY
Schedule: Monday-Friday Day Shift
Must be willing to work outside of standard working hours as need be. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.
Pay: $22 per hour
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) and at least 3 years of licensed driving experience
- Reliable transportation
- Strong experience working as a security supervisor or manager
- Ability to conduct recruiting, manage payroll and scheduling, and oversee day-to-day operations
The Security Site Manager partners with Regional and Branch Management, Administration, Recruiting, and Human Resources to ensure all employee hiring, training, deployment, and ongoing supervisory needs are effectively addressed.
This role oversees account staffing and ensures all related processes and documentation are completed appropriately, including coaching, promotions, demotions, and terminations. The Security Site Manager also works with Branch and/or Regional Management to ensure assigned accounts operate efficiently and in compliance with contract specifications.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise field personnel and ensure compliance with company policies, post orders, and client requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, identify safety/security concerns, and ensure proper site procedures are maintained.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, overtime, and coverage to meet contract requirements.
- Maintain Post Order Manuals and site-specific policies and procedures.
- Oversee payroll, timesheets, scheduling records, and resolution of payroll discrepancies.
- Recruit, interview, train, and assist with hiring security personnel as needed.
- Provide coaching, counseling, disciplinary action, and termination support in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with Security Professionals to ensure proper training, performance, and utilization.
- Supervise assigned field supervisors and flex personnel.
- Investigate incidents and accidents and complete required reports and documentation.
- Communicate client concerns, operational issues, staffing needs, incidents, and contract changes to Branch/Regional Management.
- Ensure required reports, deadlines, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide security coverage when necessary due to staffing shortages, generally not exceeding 50% of the workweek.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
