Job Title: Security Site Manager
Location: Anniston, AL
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift (Must be flexible; supervisory role may require work outside normal hours)
Pay Rate: $24.00-$28.00 / per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and experienced Security Site Manager to oversee daily security operations at an assigned site in Anniston, AL. This leadership role is responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring compliance with post orders and company policies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous security experience strongly required
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Military experience is a plus
- Must be flexible with schedule as operational needs require
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute security services in accordance with Post Orders, company policies, and management direction
- Supervise site personnel and ensure adherence to company standards, procedures, and grooming policies
- Conduct and/or oversee walking, vehicular, golf cart, or bicycle patrols as required
- Identify and report security risks, hazards, and emergency situations
- Ensure proper response to incidents in accordance with Post Orders and Use of Force Policy
- Complete detailed, accurate, and legible incident reports; ensure timely notification to appropriate parties
- Enforce site-specific duties including customer service, access control, loss prevention, visitor management, and loading dock security
- Implement and manage emergency response procedures when necessary
- Maintain acceptable attendance and participate in required training and orientation programs
- Serve as primary point of contact for client requests and provide leadership support to meet site expectations
This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage security operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
