Security Site Manager - Salaried
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Site Manager to lead operations at a major facility in Inwood, WV. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of 30 security professionals and ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, supervise, and support a team of 30 security officers
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll processes
- Ensure full coverage of all posts and maintain operational readiness
- Train officers on post orders, site-specific procedures, and security protocols
- Enforce compliance with company policies and client expectations
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and ongoing development
- Maintain strong communication with client representatives and leadership
- Respond to incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security management or a similar leadership role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing schedules, payroll, and staffing logistics
- Ability to train and mentor security personnel
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of security protocols, incident response, and compliance standards
- Prior experience managing large teams (30 employees preferred)
- Must be qualified to drive and possess a valid driver’s license
- Must meet all West Virginia state requirements to work as a security officer, including successfully passing a background check
