Security Field Supervisor – All Shifts Available
Location: Jenkintown, PA
Pay: $19 Per Hour
We are hiring Unarmed Security Field Supervisors for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. This is a driving position and candidates must have prior Security Supervisor experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass an MVR check. Reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct site checks and inspections
- Serve as client liaison and support field operations
- Supervise and support security officers in the field
- Handle scheduling, call-offs, and staffing coverage
- Complete incident reports and daily documentation
- Train and coach security personnel
- Respond to operational issues and emergencies as needed
Requirements:
- Security Supervisor experience required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass criminal background and MVR checks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
Additional Information:
- Must be flexible with schedule changes and overtime
- Some local travel may be required
