Job Title: Security Field Supervisor
Location: Pittsburgh, PA and surrounding areas
Schedule: Friday-Tuesday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $21.25 Per Hour
Overview:We are seeking a reliable and experienced Armed Security Supervisor to oversee field operations and support daily branch activities. This role combines leadership, field supervision, and administrative responsibilities to ensure high-quality security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support field security officers
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with policies and post orders
- Respond to call-offs, scheduling needs, and field issues
- Complete incident reports and documentation
- Train and onboard new hires
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks
- Maintain communication with staff, management, and clients
- Step in to cover shifts as needed (up to 50% of workweek)
- Address performance issues and support employee development
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Prior supervisory experience in security or related field
