Hours: Varies (Weekends Required)
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee our security operations in Philadelphia. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing security personnel, ensuring security protocols are followed, and maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism. This is a leadership role, requiring prior field supervisor experience and the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, direct, and monitor security officers across multiple locations.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure adherence to security procedures and quality standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and training to security staff.
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms as needed, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Maintain accurate reports and logs for security activities and incidents.
- Ensure all security officers are properly equipped and perform their duties to company standards.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding staff performance and security concerns.
Requirements:
- Prior Field Supervisor experience in security or related field is required.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have access to own vehicle or reliable transportation.
- Professional demeanor with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Weekends required (must be flexible to work on weekends).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information:
- Must be available for weekend shifts and on-call as needed.
