Security Account Manager – Romeoville & Naperville, IL
Location: Romeoville and Naperville, Illinois (Multi-Site Account)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $24.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours per week; on-call as needed
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly organized Security Account Manager to oversee security operations across multiple client sites in Romeoville and Naperville, IL. This role requires strong leadership abilities, advanced technical skills, and the ability to manage personnel while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, manage, and support security officers across assigned sites
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and site coverage at all times
- Enforce post orders, company policies, and client expectations
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, officers, and company leadership
- Conduct site visits, performance evaluations, and incident follow-ups
- Utilize reporting systems and technology platforms to manage daily operations efficiently
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Illinois PERC Card
- Completion of a 20-hour security training certificate
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be able to clear an MVR)
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Minimum of two (2) years of security supervisory or management experience
- Advanced computer and technology skills required, including proficiency in administrative systems, reporting tools, digital platforms, concierge-style services, and e-commerce applications
- Ability to work across multiple sites in Romeoville and Naperville
- Reliable transportation is required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
Additional Information
This is a full-time position averaging 40 hours per week. Candidates must be flexible and available to be on-call as needed to support site operations.
