Salary: $50,000 annually car allowance

About the Role
We’re hiring a Retail Security Manager to oversee operations for a portfolio of retail grocery locations. This role is responsible for managing security teams, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations and security staff across multiple retail grocery locations.
- Ensure compliance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Recruit, train, and manage security personnel and site supervisors.
- Build strong client partnerships and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, payroll, and reporting for assigned accounts.
- Drive performance, accountability, and professional growth across the team.
Qualifications
- 3 years of security industry experience; 2 years in management required.
- Experience managing multi-site or retail security operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
