Residential Access Control Officer
Downtown Boston, MA
Seeking professional unarmed security officers for a contemporary residential tower located in one of Boston’s premier downtown neighborhoods. This location is highly accessible via public transportation and conveniently situated near major MBTA lines.
We are currently hiring for all shifts:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Both part-time and full-time positions are available, including weekends.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Start Dates: Various start dates throughout June
Responsibilities
- Access control and visitor management
- Visitor vetting and front desk operations
- CCTV and camera monitoring
- Interior/exterior walking patrols
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining accurate reports and communication logs
Qualifications
- Prior security experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency is required
- Ability to remain professional and attentive in a residential environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to walk patrols throughout shift
