Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Schedule:Saturday & Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Weekend availability is required.
About the Position
We are seeking professional and dependable Unarmed Security Officers for a part-time weekend assignment at a high-rise property in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for officers with prior high-rise, commercial, or residential tower experience who excel in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment during busy daytime operations.
Candidates should be comfortable interacting with tenants, guests, vendors, and building staff while maintaining strong awareness of safety and security procedures throughout the property.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine patrols throughout the high-rise property and surrounding areas
- Monitor entrances, common areas, access points, and overall building activity
- Verify visitors, vendors, and contractors entering the property
- Provide a professional and visible security presence throughout the shift
- Respond promptly to incidents, disturbances, and building-related concerns
- Document incidents, observations, and daily activity reports accurately
- Assist tenants and guests with professionalism and strong customer service
- Enforce property policies, access procedures, and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with property management and onsite staff
Qualifications
- Valid Texas Level II Security License required
- Previous high-rise, commercial, or concierge security experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
- Ability to remain alert and proactive during high-traffic daytime operations
- Comfortable working independently and handling incidents professionally
- Experience with CCTV systems and access control is a plus
