Unarmed Security Officer – Lakewood, OH
Interview location: Panera Bread, 14701 Detroit Ave Suite 100, Lakewood, OH 44107
Schedule: Full-Time – All Shifts / All Days including Weekends
Pay: $15.90 / hour
Hiring Event: Thursday, September 17, 2026 from 11am-4pm

Required:
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record 3 years
- 1 years security experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Must pass background check and drug test any site-required tests
- Ability to conduct walking patrols in all weather conditions
Overview
Observe-and-report security for assigned indoor/outdoor areas. Monitor activity, enforce post orders and site rules, and respond to emergencies per company policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct walking patrols in all weather conditions
- Identify and report threats, hazards, and emergencies
- Enforce post orders, site rules, policies and procedures
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain Daily Activity Reports (DARs)
- Notify Site Supervision / Field Management as required
- Perform site duties: customer service, loss prevention, lobby/visitor reception, dock/elevator security, and other safety roles
- Follow Use of Force Policy and complete all required training and orientations
- Maintain attendance, grooming, and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Strong written/verbal communication and people skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, calm in emergencies
- Able to secure full premises – interior and exterior
