What You’ll Do
As an Elite Delivery Specialist, you will perform secure pick-ups and deliveries of valuable items and ensure safety while delivering top-tier customer service. Your day-to-day includes:
- Follow strict procedures for the handling, transport, and delivery of high value items to ensure their security
- Collect and verify shipments and obtain signatures or confirmation from recipients to maintain an accurate chain of custody for all assets
- Complete and maintain accurate delivery logs, receipts, and other paperwork to track shipments and uphold accountability
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to confirm delivery details, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction
- Writing detailed, accurate incident reports and maintaining daily activity logs as needed
- Provide a professional presence in high-profile luxury retail locations
What You Bring
- Nevada PILB Security License (Required)
- A valid Drivers License AND a clean driving history
- Minimum 2 years Courier/security experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Military, law enforcement, or armored transport background is a plus
- Strong customer service skills and ability to stay vigilant during long shifts
- High level of trustworthiness, discretion, and reliability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work calmly and make sound decisions under pressure.
High standards are non-negotiable. Only fully qualified applicants will be considered.
