Job Skills / Requirements
Job Title: Armed Security Supervisor
Location: Erie, PA
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Mon - Friday (weekend availability is a must). If working a weekend you can adjust your schedule to take off a day during the week.
Armed Security Supervisor
Primary Purpose
Cover Unemployment Hearing posts and also flex throughout the region. Ensure compliance with post orders and company policies, respond to security incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and complete incident reports.
- Investigate accidents and security-related incidents.
- Cover vacant posts due to call-offs, no-shows, or schedule changes.
- Monitor service quality through client communication and post inspections.
- Review and communicate changes to post orders and procedures.
- Promote a professional, respectful, and legally compliant work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma; some college preferred.
- At least one year of security experience.
- Valid PA State Act 235 License.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, if required.
- Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic web applications.
- Ability to multitask, write clear reports, exercise sound judgment, and de-escalate conflicts.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work assigned schedules.
- Successful completion of required background checks, drug testing, and client screenings.
