Job Skills / Requirements
Job Title: Armed Security Officer
Location: Douglas
Schedule: Friday-Tuesday
Shift: 8AM-4PM
- Must be at least 18
- Must have a valid UP TO DATE AZDPS Unarmed Guard Card
- Must have a valid UP TO DATE AZDPS Armed Guard Card
- High School diploma or equivalent required; additional training in security, public safety, or law enforcement is considered an asset.
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Administrative awareness
- Previous law enforcement or security experience is preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.

POSITION OVERVIEW & SCOPE
As a St. Moritz Security Officer, you’ll help protect people, property, and assets through vigilance and integrity.
You will:
- Create and track work orders, draft professional emails, and effectively answer and manage phone calls.
- Operate fire control panels, including acknowledging alarms, performing resets, and coordinating appropriate responses.
- Complete accurate reports for incidents and shift transitions.
- Provide guidance to associates and visitors needing security assistance.
- Inspect vehicles and facilities, noting safety hazards or maintenance concerns.
- Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential risks before they become issues.
- Deliver excellent customer service through professionalism and responsive communication.
