Job Skills / Requirements
Manage and direct the Housekeeping staff. Responsibilities are, but not limited to staffing employees according to the hours budgeted weekly. Scheduling and training new employees, ordering uniforms and supplies. Evaluating employees work performance.
The candidate is responsible for completing client requested reports, weekly, monthly and quarterly, attending staff meetings. Must know how to perform and will be trained on all basic janitorial positions so that you may jump in and assist when needed.
Need to possess the capability to lead a crew or team. It is beneficial for the candidate to have a customer service personality. Position entails administrative work as well as physical work. The candidate will possess basic computer program skills required and the ability to be on your feet daily
