Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly with a positive attitude, providing a welcoming atmosphere at all times
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and promptness
- Operate multi-line phone systems, answer calls courteously, and direct them appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details
- Assist with night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and reporting readiness
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster positive interactions
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred
