St. Michaels Harbour Inn Marina & Spa is seeking Full Time & Part Time Maintenance Technicians. The ideal candidates must have the knowledge and basic understanding of general maintenance processes and methods with attention to detail. The goal is to maintain and keep the property, guest rooms, and common areas operating efficiently and in the best possible condition at all times.
Requirements:
- Basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance with a minimum of 1 year experience in these fields
- Preventive maintenance
- Grounds maintenance
- Ability to work independently, as well as with others in a team environment
- Ability to react quickly and efficiently with time sensitive projects
- Occasional evenings and weekends may be required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
