- Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for children.
- Assist with hands-on learning activities, play, and daily routines.
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth.
- Help with meals, naps, and classroom organization.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Bring kindness, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm to each day.
- Work as part of a team to provide the best care and learning experience possible.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Caring, dependable, and a great team player.
- Passionate about working with children.
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
- Experienced in childcare (preferred, but not required).
- Experienced or educated in Early Childhood (a plus!).
- CPR/First Aid certified—or willing to become certified.
- Positive, flexible, and eager to learn.

Schedules vary based on the needs of the center.
Our center hours are 6:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday, with no nights or weekends.
