We are seeking a skilled Waitress/ bartender to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages following standard recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare garnishes and assist with food preparation when necessary
Skills:
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple drink orders efficiently
- Knowledge of sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean bar environment
- Experience working in a family bar and restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with operating a cash register
- Ability to upsell and promote drinks effectively
