Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions
- Assist customers with policy questions
- Upsell related products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met
- Handle cash and process payments with precision, demonstrating strong retail math skills
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting via phone or online channels
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience not required
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions at all times
