Our team provides compassionate, person-centered support in a warm, community-based environment. Position Summary:
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays an essential role in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. DSPs assist with personal care, daily living activities, community engagement, and skill development. This position is ideal for individuals who are kind, patient, and motivated to make a positive difference every day.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing direct care and support to residents in accordance with individual care plans

• Assisting with personal hygiene, meals, and mobility as needed

• Encouraging independence and participation in community and recreational activities

• Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and maintaining a safe, respectful environment

• Documenting services and observations accurately and promptly

• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous experience in direct care, human services, or healthcare preferred

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (as required by position)

• Ability to complete and maintain required certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration)
