Customer Care Representative's will be responsible for generating customer traffic by creating sales appointments. This is achieved by completing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner, sending emails and text messages, as well as a variety of other responsibilities. You will follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics to identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
