We are currently seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team caring for geriatric patients. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a collaborative setting where teamwork, respect, and quality care come first.

What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Professional Partner
- Administer medications and IV therapy according to organizational policies
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Support patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge instructions
- Assist in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable patient environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Current State of Maine Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Active BCLS certification required
- IV Certification preferred
- Previous geriatric care experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
