St. Mary's Hospital - Kankakee offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $42.00 to $49.00 per hour. Responsibilities
In this role, you will perform high-quality CT imaging procedures, support diagnostic and therapeutic care, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Perform CT scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety
- Prepare and position patients; administer contrast as appropriate
- Process and transmit images to PACS
- Collaborate with Radiologists and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
- One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment is required.
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
- Radiology/ CT license and fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
- ARRT-CT Certification is required
- Must possess and maintain BCLS (AHA) upon hire.
- Proficient computer skills.
