Clinical Trial Study Coordinator (Full-Time, In-Person)
Location: 540 Bergen Blvd., Palisades Park, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Study Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of clinical research studies. The ideal candidate will work closely with investigators, study participants, and sponsors to ensure clinical trials are conducted in compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from start-up through completion.
- Recruit, screen, schedule, and coordinate study participants.
- Provide direct patient care and support during study visits.
- Collect, document, and maintain accurate study data and records.
- Perform data entry and ensure timely, accurate reporting.
- Communicate with sponsors, monitors, investigators, and research staff.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and institutional policies.
- Support investigators with study documentation, regulatory submissions, and participant follow-up.
- Maintain organized research files and study records.
- Assist with monitoring visits, audits, and quality assurance activities as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical research or clinical trial experience.
- Experience with phlebotomy and performing EKGs is a plus.
